This film is based on the novel by, Romain Gary, and deals with personal plights. Michel and Lydia are two lonely
people. Michel, who has had to deal with the death of his wife meets, Lydia, who is mourning the loss of her daughter. So
they are attempting to start a relationship together, but neither has been able to purge themselves of their sorrows,which
makes it difficult for them to live in the moment.
