This is quite an interesting film, it's, Luc Bessons, very first film, it is actually filmed in black and white, and there is no dialogue whatsoever, besides a few garbled grunts.
It's set in post apocalyptic France and it shows how people become like barbarians and only out for themselves and will do anything to get what they want. Jean, plays the part of 'The brute', he is quite sweet and funny in this part to me, and I must say, I did enjoy the scene where he is walking around in just his underpants very much.
